as do these

crud.jpg

anyone had experience with either?
Got a Planet X Ti Sportive frame, so it has eyelets at
the back, but my carbon forks haven't, so leaning towards the
crud guards at the moment.
Plan on doing lots of winter miles training for JOGLE
so imagine I will be needing them.

If Wales was flattened out, it'd be bigger than England!
Planet X Ti Sportive for Sportives & tours
Orange Alpine 160 for Afan,Alps & dodging trees
Singlespeed Planet X Kaffenback for dodging potholes
An On-One Inbred for hard-tail shenanigans...

I used the original version of the crud road racers on my Ti Sportive all last winter/spring and was really impressed with them. Kept my backside dry which was new for me after 5 years of commutes in the wet and getting soaked from head to toe nevermind the state the bike was in.

This year my fork is kapput so replacing it with the Alpha-Q fork which will take guards so will probably fit proper guards this year, in which case if I do it will probably be SKS Chromoplasts or Blumels, however I've got a rack to fit so that will determine what works best with it.
