Rubens Menswear?

Ordered some custom Oakley Radars from them. Was quoted 10-14 working days from teh 24th July, rang them, twice and they haven't told me the situation or where my sunglasses are at according to there website they are 'On order at Oakley'. Now contacted them via e-mail 2 days ago and had no reply! There customer service is poor, only reason I knew they wouldn't be on time is because I rang to see what was happening. I contacted Oakley directly only to be told to chase it up through said company, which I've tried to no avail. So at this moment in time they have my money and I don't even have an estimate of there arrival date.
They are genuine as they were listed in the Oakley site, Oakley did tell me that Rubens have an account with Oakley but Rubens have to contact Oakley to find out whats happening as they cant tell me!

Anybody had any problems with them?
