Tire 700x24 Compatibility

Ι want to change my tire from 700x23 to 700x24 in my road bike.
Are the most wheels compatible with 700x24 ? I have Ambrosio WS23 but probably I will upgrade to Campagnolo Vento -for example).

    any particular reason..?? the 1mm difference in profile will hardly be noticeable...

    The tyre I want to buy doesn't sell in dimension 700x23.

    It will fit fine. The only thing to watch out for is clearance in the frame but 1mm should not make much difference. There is considerable variation in 23mm tyres anyway.
