Ok,

Any ideas on how to hack a BT Home Hub 2.0 to work on sky broadband? currently in the process of switching.

    If it's like any other ADSL router, it should just work.

    Also don't Sky give you a modem/router?

    no, it's one of those branded ones... most come with firmware locked to thespecific to the isp.

    yep sky do give you a new router but my home hub is wireless n enabled and comes with a wireless handset.

    I have one from the time i spent with BT, and the answer is no. It's a real shame though as the USB print/file server in them is quite useful.

    Some versions of the Home Hub can be unlocked easily, but you lose the VOIP gateway feature, which I presume you want.

    The Sky modem should be wireless enabled.
