Span - Catalonia looking for routes

I am heading to Catalonia the end of next month with the misses for a fortnight. I am hoping to get a bit of a weekend MTB in. Does anyone know any websites/info for some routes in southern Spain, and a place to rent a steed?

    umm for a start catalonia is in north eastern Spain, but on the plus side you're near the Pyrenees where there's bound to be loads of riding. Off the top of my head thre's Vallnord where they hold the world cup
