slipping gears

Could anybody talk me through the adjustments needed to prevent gear slippage in the harder gears. Thanks J Roberts.

how old is your chain and cassette? Adjustment generaly sorts out indexing i.e changing in between gears.
If it is slipping when in a gear it is most likely due to a worn chain and cassette
