Cheap wheels for the Mrs sub £100

I bought a 2nd hand bike for the Mrs off fleebay not too long ago, it's a specialized vita sport, not quite a race bike but still very roadie.
The back wheel is beyond repair (had a crash) so I'm going to get a new wheelset for her. Don't really want to go over the £100 mark which I know is a low budget but anyone got any suggestions for the best bargains around? Shimano 8 speed on the rear.
Thanks

Are these the same wheels with different stickers on? They seem to be. either way both £85.00 and I can only find good reviews on them both.0 -

I managed to pick up a pair of Shimano RS20 wheels from Merlin cycles for £100, but I think the price went up to £115 the next day. The RS10 wheelset is still <£100, and both are meant to be pretty good.FTT

My RS10s are still spot-on after 2 years and more than a couple of potholes. Not sure I'd reccommend them for the heavier rider though; I'm a mere 70kg.
(not that I'm implying anything about your Mrs of course)
Frequently see them for sale well below £100 a pair. Don't go breaking any spokes though; replacements seem to be a bit tricky to get hold of according to some threads.0 -

What makes you say they're dreadful? I've only read good things about them. I can't seem to find the quest como wheelset but I think it's changed it's name to the Eko ones and gone up in price to £85.000 -
' Cheap wheels for the Mrs.'
Seems fair - what pressure can she withstand?
Do I pay for both deliveries or do we split the cost? :twisted:0 -
I know but the pre history ones are the best.
I cannot remember now but did you say what was wrong with the ones with the bike or weren't there any?
Oops just read the OP silly boy   :oops:0 -
