Charging times ?

Any one got a rough idea of charging times ( used for approx 45 mins) for 18650 lithium ion batteries please ,
on 3600 mAH ultra fire batteries,on a charger bit like this

    .......the idea of a charger not having an automatic shut-off worries me. This, plus the fact that it can take 6-8 hours to fully charge a battery is a big concern. Do not leave this charger unattended! This charger is handy for travel but for a dedicated at-home charger, get something else.
