Hi Guys

Has anyone rode through or around Epping Forest and can they reccomend any good routes.

can anyone also reccomend any good routes in the east london area.

    Theres a ride from heales cycles shop on a sunday, think its about 9am
    Or check out epping hard cru website for rides.

    For east london try the rides section on forum and look for :

    london calling
    or
    a regular ride in essex

    there is a regular saturday morning ride at thorndon near brentwood if thats any good for ya?

    I ride in epping all the time and live in east london. Theres lots of natural single track in the forest. Where are you based/starting from?

    I am based in leyton east london but would probably start out in chingford

    From Leyton you can find you way to Whipps Cross and ride through Hollow Ponds up to Highams Park then to Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge at Chingford. From Chingford you can ride into Bury Wood which if you head NE will take you up to High Beech
