what bike £700 budget

I'm looking for a road bike for commuting to work and back( 20 mile round trip) and need some help as to which one i could choose any suggestions would be appreciated>

As you could see by the title im on a budget of £700 possibly stretch to a bit more if needs be.

    I'd look into something like this. Guards, fast, panniers.
