Change username or delete account

somewhere along the line during registering i seemed to put my email address in the desired username box. Some other users have notified me that it may not be a good idea (spam) etc. Os there any way it can be changed or if not could you delete my account and i can start again. Thanks

    Hi, I have the same issue and I thought I would bring revive this post instead of creating a new one. I couldn't find any way to contact an admin anywhere on the forum. Could somebody help?

    All the admins names are in red font.

    Look below this post you'll see a guy called supersonic has replied to the 'bikeradar.co is fantanstic' thread - if you click on his name you will have the opportunity to pm him - just look out for the red fonted names.
