So i'm returning a jersey due to it being to big :? However it seems I've got to send it back to get a refund, then order the replacement!!
Is this right or can they just swap it!!
I wrote a note on the return so I will see?
Has anyone else returned an item to wiggle to be exchanged for another size, If so how will the system work :?:
Thanks in Advance Stu

I sent some shorts back last month using their returns system. I sent it back 1st class recorded, the next day they had credited my paypal account so I could reorder the correct shorts which were delivered 2 days later. All in all a very good service I couldn't have asked for more.

CRC are a little different, both times I phoned them to return incorrect goods on their part they've said we'll refund you and keep the goods :D
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Wiggle are ace when it comes to sending stuff back. If I'm unsure about sizing, I order two and send one back. Postage is 98p for a riding shirt for example, and Wiggle credited my card the next day.
  • Another vote for Wiggle's service. The refund/ replacement thing seems a bit odd but it works fine and means you get your replacement faster than waiting for the stuff to go back, get checked in, new one dispatched etc.

Just bought a new bike from them which had a burr in the frame which scratched the post. They offered to pay for the bike to go to an LBS to be deburred, or they'd collect it and remove the burr. As it happens I could do it easily myself, and a day or so later a new post arrived - they didn't want the old one returned.

Also has an expensive pair of gloves which bled colour after a couple of months wearing. Sent them back and got an immediate refund (plus postage)

    Good for Wiggle
