Rider Down Vauxhall bridge road

Heavy traffic today, and the traffic had stopped for lights, a car pulled across two lanes to go down a side road. Cyclist filtering went straight into the side of them and through the windscreen. My view was blocked by a idiot in a van that just had to be in front of me so i only saw the aftermath.
Ambulance and police called. Cyclist had lots of cuts to his arm and a nasty looking cut on his forhead. bike was some how in good condition.
If i'm totaly honest, and going by what i saw of him previously, it was 50/50 and the cyclist should have easily avoided it. He had previously (200yards up the road) rear ended a moped at slow speed.
