This morning was one of my slowest commutes so far.
But then again it was like single track most of the way, trees and branches replaced by cars and wing mirrors
What fun!
It was gridlock from halfway down my road in Stratford to Southwark bridge. Today is a good day to reinforce the benefits of cycling!

Could have been worse - took a colleague 4hrs to get from Stratford to Victoria by bus this morning. Its a jungle out there....0

It was gridlock past Southwark bridge, but that's where I turn off
I think it took me about 40 mins, when usually it's 30 mins on this bike. Only dodgy moment was when a bus driver decided to disgorge his passengers into my path when he was parked in the middle of the road no where near a bus stop. Luckily I saw the doors start to pulled towards the pavement and missed them.0
