Cyclist down by St Pauls Cathedral

Colleague of mine just came in and said the bus he was on this morning hit a cyclist outside St Pauls. Apparently the cyclist was in a pretty bad way with quite an obvious twisted break to an ankle.
My thoughts are with him, hope he makes a full recovery.

There was a cyclist down at the roundabout at the southern end of Fulham Road when I rode past at 9.30am, a young woman, quite sporty looking. Her head was being cradled by a uniformed person - perhaps a CSO? - and she didn't look conscious. It's possible she was a pedestrian - there was a bike against the railings nearby but it could just have been locked there.

It's unlikely it was a high speed accident because of where it was. There were no other vehicles which obviously looked like they'd been involved, and no blood. If anyone knows any more, please post.
