Kona Explosif

Hi,

Looking to move a couple of bikes to make way for a new one. On them is a Kona Explosif & I can't remember when I bought it.

I've been on Bikepedia but it doesn't show it in my colour, doesn't anyone know how to find the age of this bike?

Another great place, as they have the catalogues for most older years.. helped me to i.d my '97 Kona.

Nice, I used to own a '96 Explosif but it got nicked at University back in 2001. I loved that bike

Still ride my '99 Kula, albeit with none of the original components. Konas last

Mine is full original apart from the front mech & the bars. I even have the original grips & tyres. I don't use them still.

After going on retrobike and speaking to those guys & riding my Kona again I've decided to keep it. Might put some new forks on it & use at is my hard tail XC bike.

I'm selling my Rocky Mountain ETS X70 instead as I've just got a GF Roscoe.
