What size rotor does a rear IS mount use as standard

The reason i ask is i want to increase my rotor from 140mm to 180mm but got meself all confused to what mount i need :?
I checked the FAQs and that didn't help me.
I may be missing something looking straight at me!
I've got IS mount frame and IS caliper.
Now i've seen IS to IS for 180mm rotor, this seems to be the one considering i want a 180mm rotor but then i've seen :
IS to IS plus 40mm again seems to be the one but when you look closer the small print says its for 160mm to 200mm rotors?
So i'm thinking the the first 180mm rotor mount is for 160mm going to 180mm, is any of this making sense?

it uses any.
for IS to IS just do as it says. +20 or +40 on what you have.
a +20 will mean you need a 160mm disc.
if you get a +40 then a 180 etc.."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
