Cheap carbon bars on ebay

has anyone had any experience of the cheap carbon bars that are currently on ebay such as these

Or do I play it safe and buy buy a known brand ?

I was looking at these the other day along with a set that have the stem included. I was thinking that given most of the carbon stuff comes from China etc they could well be branded items direct from the factory. However I could be very wrong so until I hear otherwise wont be buying just in case

Merek stuff has a decent reputation, not sure if they do drop bars though.

Exotic stuff is also good, and cheaper

Thats an alu bar wrapped in carbon.

Thats an alu bar wrapped in carbon.

But it probably won't explode on you like cheaper stuff could, and you have a bit more comeback against them than against some guy in Asia if they do.
