work experience

hi
i have been looking for work experience in a bike company. Im 15 years old. Does anyone now of a bike comapny who do work experience?

    At 15 you might get into something like Halfords working on Apollo's :roll:

    I'm at a pretty similar age and also interested in something like this.
    And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

    I'm 15 and am doing work experiance at the Hub in the Forest at the beggining of October

    Plenty of bike shops are happy to take work experiance people, just need to get in there and make yourself known
  • as long as you dont go in with grandious plans of building/fixing bikes and dishing out discounts etc. you'll be fine!! :wink::wink:
    Learn to make a good cup of tea (purposely making bad ones doesnt work! tried that many moons back!!) make notes if you need to, and soak up all the info you get!
    oh, and expect to be repairing inner tubes atleast once! :wink:
    you are essentially free staff for a week (or how ever long your there!),
