phone holder for the bike

I have a wide phone, TG01, slightly larger than the Iphone and use it for a gps tracker whilst riding, I can't find a holder that will clip onto the bike. I'd ideally like a waterproof one does anyone have anything that fits the criterea. All ebay have is large ugly lumps of plastic that probably weigh more than the bike itself.
