seeing as he is known to you I thought I would mention it rather than in the roadie section
Jake completed the Minehead to Teignmouth open stage of the Tour of Britain today, he's a little sore after completing the distance, but is generally happy with himself (although he wasn't too happy that he realised his cycling had to extend back home to Dartmouth as he forgot I was working and had no transport home
He and a few of the other RN guys raised a total of £1000 each which has been spilit between the Prostate Cancer charity and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charities.
Just thought I would 'big up' his achievement
No doubt I will get home at 2am to find him still slumped in the chair unable to move
