Specialized Allez comp or trek 2.1

looking at a second-hand bike, allez comp on ebay seems cheap or a trek 2.1 from a lbs a bit dearer. similar spec i think, which would you go for?

    The Trek as it is from the LBS and you have some comeback if there are problems :)

    sounds like the right advice - doesn't matter in the grand scheme though; the allez was bid up to the same price as the 2.1... and it would have involved the HSS to Scotland!
