I'm looking to buy a Giro Xen and Hargroves Cycles are the only store that seem to have my size in stock in a decent colour.

Are they decent? How is their service?

Anyone had any good or bad times with them that they would like to mention?

Thanks in advance.

As you're just buying a helmet surely not much can go wrong assuming you get the right size?
I bought my mtb from them a few years ago and my store (Chichester) is ok, the store is cramped and busy (good sign?)
Overall I'd say they're no better or worse than a lot of shops, but don't have the service of a LBS and the prices aren't cheap.

  • I bought my spesh from them, good service i'd say, they reply back to emails pretty fast and answer calls at 5:30pm on a friday should needs be.
