sausages: Pork or Beef

to carry on from the general sausage friday theme

which do you prefer.

for me, its pork, what i wouldnt give for a big juicy sausage made from pork, i love pork inside me.

    Pork sausage fo me, but beef as a standalone meat anyday. Man I could quite happily eat a nice big roast beef dinner now with all the trimmings, so I may just do that

    I assume this is French petrol - be careful in reverse - the car will retreat rapidly at the least provocation.

    are we talking sausages or just generally pork/beef?

    If sausages its gotta be pork.

    If just general, i'm easy either way... but it has to be cooked right!

    From those two rather limited choices, I'd have to say, pork sausages.
    But Lamb sausages are awesome. As are Dragon Sausages.

    I haven't had beef for ages... but i damn sure know i prefer them to pork... though i had pork and tomato the other week which was ace :)
