I need a Park Tool FR-1C freewheel/cassette remover but as it's just for one job I don't fancy spending more than I have to.
So does anyone know of any alternatives that don't cost just shy of a tenner.
I've checked Pedros/Ice Toolz etc but can't seem to find a cheap alternative.
Anyone got any ideas?

I have plenty of chain whips and tools for modern cassette removal. The Cyclo Pro one doesn't fit the old style Shimano cassette.
The FR-1C is specifically designed for Shimano and Sachs screw-on freewheels...and that's the one I need:

Maybe it's just Park Tools that make them now.0 -
take care the Park Tool FR-1C is a freewheel remover ONLY it does not do cassettes.
why not get your LBS to remove the old freewheel.
or follow the destructive removal guide on park tools."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
