Correct frame size?

I have been looking on the net for information on the correct frame size.
Im 6'1, but have very long legs (90cm inseam - yes im a lanky git!)
The frame size suggestions seem to drop between 19" and 21" (although I found one that suggested 18" and one 22"!).
Can anyone offer some expert advice?
