Headset for 2008 tarmac

I have been trying to find the headtube OD of my frame in order to buy the correct headset.
The prob I have is the only tape measure I have in the house is knackered and stretched, just wondering if anyone out there would know the correct size headset for a 2008 spesh tarmac comp, I did contact spesh but they said they didn't know and their manuals were not clear.
I know I need a 1, 1/8", 45° x 45° ACB, just not sure on the OD (45mm, 46mm etc.), if not a journey to the LBS this weekend me thinks
