  • Morning all,

Can all school kids please tell their Mum’s and their mates Mum’s to learn how to drive please. 1st day of school traffic and I nearly get splatted twice in about 2 minutes. Queue of stationary traffic going up a hill and I’m going up the left hand side as I can see it’s clear, just as I get level with a Nissan Meldrid she starts to move forward, and left. I’m level with her wing mirror so in sight, but she still keeps coming, I was just about to bang on the window when she finally gets the obvious torque steer under control and pulls back to the right. I give her “the look”, she looks the other way. 50 yards up the road the same thing happens, a Merc estate starts moving as I get level with it’s back and immediately pulls to the left to shut me off, this time I give a little tap on the boot, pull in behind and give her a big “Hi, I’m back here” wave, she politely waves back and then eventually moves over (I think she just thought I was being sociable).

Get to work, put on my shirt, sleeve rips at the elbow.

It’s going to be 1 of those days…….

    Is it 5 yet?
    "I ride to eat"
  • Just finished my bacon sausage and egg butty.

    tasty/10

Now, who fancies picking me up off the ferry in Liverpool next weekend and going for a ride somewhere, maybe Lee quarry or 'degla? Preferably without leaving me in a ditch with my head on backwards after.
  • How bout Skyline down afan or summat, a decent length trail CWNT?

    Good Morning!

Got woken by the hospital ringing me with a new date for the second attempt of an endoscopy. Now time to tidy my room and do uni work, today's main food will be Cake.
  • Thewaylander - I would, but it's only a day-trip. I don't arrive in L'pool until about 10am ish, then need to be back for about half 6.

I am planning a longer trip for next year though where I'll rent something like a minibus and trailer and get a few people together for a road trip.
  • Tidy CWNT :p wil teach you to talk like a proper Newportian :p ah Newport newport... makes you feel brand new baby :p

Morning. Today, it seems I shall be spending the day teaching my shoulders that dislocating when I stretch is really not what I want them to do, instead of riding my bike.

    This very much displeases me.
