Saint Dérailleur, worth it?

I've decided to go for a double and bash set up on the new Orange Five. Is there any advantage in using the Saint rear dérailleur, and could I use the short cage version?

Check the mechs capacity and the capacity you need if you want to use all gears.
Is a tough mech, so if that takes you fancy is worth it.0 -

Well not necessarily, short cage with converter has a capacity of 23t - this would get all gears with a 32/22 and many road cassettes.0
