GPX routes

Can these be transfered onto a normal Tomtom satnav? Because I need to plan a route but when you try and print the route off you have to do it in sections otherwise it isn't zoomed in enough to help with which direction to go

If so how?

Know what to do regarding the conversion, where can I make cycle specific route and save as gpx file on my pc? Bikehike wouldnt work

Map My Ride allows you to plot a route and save to GPX.

If you want to save a route from bikehike you need to choose 'export'. Selecting 'save' no longer works as that attempts to save it to the bikehike database, not your PC.

Got the file onto my Tomtom but now how do I select it on the Satnav?
