e13 make good solid guards, but they can look a bit industrial and chunky.
Raceface make a much sleeker one which might be worth a look too. What We Achieve In Life, Echoes In Eternity0 -

If you want one of those e13 ones i think you'll need a one of the 4 bolt 104mm versions, the size depends on the size of the ring you have left on your cranks.
Adding the bash is fairly easy, if you have the tools.
First have a look at the back of the bolts, if they have a small horizontal indentation on either side you'll need a chainring bolt tool and an allen key.
If not, then you need two different sized allen keys, one in either end.
The e13 will come with longer bolts, so just use them to hold your middle ring and bash on to the cranks, simple. What We Achieve In Life, Echoes In Eternity0 -
Give some thought to what you actually need. IE, is there any point putting something really solid on it, if you're not going to bash it much. The E13 Turbocharger is ace- strong and light. But as you know you can't have strong, light and cheap. The Raceface lightweight ones are very nice too. If you want more of a chaincatcher than an actual bash, Superlight are superb, weigh nothing... But don't hit one hard or it'll pringle (they do straighten easy)
Or of course there's the greatest bashring ever made:
How ace is that? Very ace. And it's fun to have people who don't get the joke take the mick out of it.Uncompromising extremist0 -

Actually it doesn't seem to be very good, it's heavy and feels a bit brittle, but I'm still putting it on the Mmmbop for teh lolzUncompromising extremist0

cant be as bad as the slx bash.... not joking, you could take the slx bash off the crankset and halve the weight!0

Hang on, I'll fling it on the official weight weenying scales...
189 grams with all bolts and fittings. Not too terrible but about 90g more than a Turbocharger with bolts. Also the weightweenying scales have filed an official protest at being asked to weigh lardy things, it's outwith their job description.Uncompromising extremist0
