manitou black elite, compression damping?

Hi
I've just stripped and rebuilt my Manitou black elite 2003 100/120mm forks, but the compression damping is still not working, ive double checked the oil level with recomended 5w oil, but no luck. even with the damping almost fully closed theres no change, so i reckon the damping seals gone and the oils just bi-passing the restrictor. but i can't find spare parts, only the non adjustable version. can anyone help with the problem or know where to get parts?
