Canyon bike/fit

Canyons site is a bit confusing, trying to filter some £1500 bikes to no luck. Also trying out the bike fit system. 174cm height, 82 inseam, arm length 62, weight 76. I'm a bit confused on torso height, ok to collar bones, but from where?

Seems 54 is right size...which are the two sizes of bikes I own. :P

    The Torso Height is from the V in the bones under your AdamsApple to the top of the Book or Level you used to get your Inseam....Simples.
