Warranty advice please...

First post here, so please be gentle with me.

I purchased a new-old-stock 2009 Orange Evo 8 in July this year, mail order, from a dealer in the south west. I live in the north west.

The Rock Shox Recon SL air forks weren't right from out of the box. I sent them to the importers, with a warranty returns number from the supplying dealer. The forks eventually came back to me, via the dealer. They've now failed again - same fault as before (collapsing when ridden, not rebounding). I reckon the bike has done around 30 miles in total.

How do I stand with regards warranty? Having had the forks repaired once, I'm reluctant to get them 'fixed' again. Am I entitled to ask for a new pair? I don't want to reject the whole bike - I've probably owned it too long now anyway (albeit unrideable) - because the rest of it is great!

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
