Sunday 5th Sept - Sussex Nomads 5 Mile TT

We are having our Club 5 on Sunday. It's a bit of fun and a good way of trying a TT for the first time. Starts at 9.00, but you will need to sign on by 8.40. The course is Pyecombe to Henfield and we meet on Pyecombe Street (this runs parallel to the south bound carriageway of the A23, just north of the A273/A23 junction). It will cost approx £3 to enter and there will be all rider of all shapes doing it.

    Can I just turn up to this as a not ridden a bike for a year/serious illness/hairy legs/looking at 20 mins plus for 5 miles - or should I do some training before the inevitable humiliation?

    You won't be the only one with hairy legs. We usually have all ages, 15-75, and shapes and sizes, so don't worry about being humiliated. The times will range from 10.30 to 20 mins plus.
