shimano 5600 bottom bracket
hi,need help please.
i'm fitting a shimano hollowtech 11 - 5600 bottom bracket to a road frame
- 68 mm shell width - braze on front mech. - double chainset.
i'm confused
the "park tool" website states :
1: A 2.5 mm spacer must be fitted on non drive side
2: a 2.5 mm spacer
and, AN "E TYPE BRACKET FOR DERAILLEUR"
(don't even know what this is .)
fitted to drive side.
new bottom bracket did not include any spacers.
do these instructions only refer to fitting for an mtb frame.
shimano tech sheet does not mention fitting any spacers (apart from including 1 spacer on non drive side for a triple chainset.
