Evening all,
Is there a rider weight limit for the 2010 Rockshox SID race forks.
Just wanted to know before i buy a set in case I am too heavy. (97kg boxer/rugby player).

I know a chap of c120kg on a set, you'll be fine. I've a feeling the guideline pressure chart only goes up to 90kg or sommat, but they'll be fine. You will find Rebas stiffer though.
  • Thanks for the reply. I have Reba race on my ride at the moment. I was thinking of buying a Cube Reaction, but the one I want (in blue) has the SID and the in red the Fox F100.

  • Is it such a big deal that i am a heavy rider?
Would it be the case that the forks could break?
I would only be using the bike at the weekends on the trails.
Otherwise it will be used for commuting during the week.
