They ate different meals so it can't be food poisoning. Well, so DB says.

The fact that the staff have gone down with it as well indicates something different to either a dirty needle or a bad meal as they ate different things.
It's either just bad luck or karma for putting all their eggs in the Bradley / Tour basket.

Maybe in the field of 'marginal gains' preparing the team staff is one way of getting an advantage?
