IIRC you get a certain amount you can send before Paypal asks you to link a bank account or credit card to the account. It sounds like you have reached this limit. Log into your account and click on the 'view limits' link.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0 -

Doesn't that only appear if you dont' verify your card and address? I have a business paypal account, I'm sure the limits are higher...0 -

I don't see the point in it myself it's just another reason not to use Paypal unless you really have to!!!

Why not log out, then use the option for people without Paypal accounts to use a credit card?0
