Knee warmers/tights that dont irritate knees

Hi
When I wear knee warmers/tights etc... i notice that my left knee becomes a bit iritated. This is especially true when I just start using them again (i.e. about now). I am guessing this is because they cause my knee to track slightly differently.
Does anyone else expeirence this?
Does anyone know of any good knee warmers/ leg warmers/ tights which can prevent this from happening.

I think these are great as they are really soft:

They are a bit on the longer side but nice soft fleece that is not too thick to rub....
