are there GPX files off of BR's routes pages?

I'm after a GPX of a Jacobs ladder loop. It's not a route I've done before. Be looking to do it one afternoon this week - hopefully tomorrow. there's a nice 12 miler [url+http://www.bikeradar.com/routes/?bpath=maps/bike-path/Hayfield-rushup-edge-jacobs-ladder-loop] here[/url].
I intend to drop it into bikehike and get a better look at the options for extending / cutting short.
And on top of this, why do people add routes on Google - isn't it next to useless for offroading??

You're right, there is no download option. It's common for BR routes to play up from time to time though.0

Although I guess this should be in routes there is an mmo file for a jacobs ladder route here:

There is a GPX file at the bottom of this page-

Thanks Jon, got the GPX.
Can I ask what the point to using Google for the maps is then? It was a real shame that bikehike took down it's routes pages.0 -
Have a look here. It says Jacobs ladder loop but doesn't quite finish the loop round!
