BR-M486 compatable brake pads

hi can anyone help ??
im finding it to be very confusing when looking for the correct brake pads ???
i have a shimano deore BR-M486 caliper and would like to try some proformance pads, i am finding it hard to find pads that relate to this caliper. am i being stupid :?:
please help

    Hi James,

    That caliper takes the B01S pads the same as the BR-M485. There seem to be a number of different types, but the prices vary wildly.

    Do a google search for:

    b01s pads

    or

    shimano m465 pads

    standard deore brake pads as M575 or M525 type, easy to get hold of. we have 4000+ instock at the moment ;o)
