Which bike???

Hi there, i'm looking at getting the best bike i can for the money iv got like most people and iv come to like 3 models which my local bike store ( evans cycles ) stock for around the £700 - £800 mark whick are.-
* Trek 1.5 triple = £720
* Fuji Roubaix 2.0 = £700
* Bianchi Via Nirone 7 in either tiagra (750), sora (695) or xenon (675)
the specs are pretty much the same on the trek,fuji & bianchi tiagra as they all use tiagra groups. the trek is a triple which may come in handy as this will be my first road bike, well thats what iv been told on read online although may not be true.
i think the bianchi xenon is off the list as heard the group is abit plasticy and then the sora is only 50 quid cheaper so i think that really rules those out.
the other good point is the trek has a carbon seat post, so its looking good but im just not sure of the other good points like wheels and tyres, but the fuji is super light at just under 10kg
any help to point me in the right direction is greatly received - cheers
ps spec below.

Bianchi - it would be for me - Italian at its heart
but you may get more joy by reading some of the threads in the 'road buying advice' section - oh and check out the Felt - someone yesterday was looking at a £750 Felt - a good deal!0
