MIzen Head to Malin Head - Ireland End to End

Me and two mates are thinking of doing this, we finished LeJog a few weeks ago and are itching to do something else. Has anyone done this / have a route they have found. Ive done a bit of searching and i havent found any routes posted by anyone thats done it. We would probably be wanting to do it taking upto 7days or less.
Any information at all would be great.
