Our favourite one we use on our website is interparcel.com.
Really cheap - £6.99 for most bikes via ups
and really reliable.
We've had the odd issue but that happens with any courier.Cycle Gear - www.ukbikesdepot.com.0 -

Absolutely anyone other than CityLink.0

+1 for never using City Link to deliver anything ever...
In the last several years of building PC's as a hobby and sideline business, they have never EVER managed to deliver on time (or even on the correct DAY).
Also my best mate worked for their Lewisham depot for 9 months, and still has recurring nightmares to this day... Although he DID come out of it with several hundred pounds of red hot electrical equipment that the population of staff seemed to think were just lying around for anyone to take. (I didnt say he was an honest stand up citizen of a best mate!)0 -

In France, by far the worst are Chronopost. Because of where we are I do a lot of online shopping and basically, whenever I order something and know it's going to be delivered by Chronopost, I expect the worst. And get it.
Like thousands of small villages in France, ours has very few streets with house numbers. But it's not tricky to find us: our road has five houses in it and our name is on the mailbox in one-inch high letters. Every other courier company has no problem.
With Chronopost, our item doesn't even leave the depot. (Because "the address is incomplete".) In the past, they've claimed the item was out being delivered when it wasn't, so I've sat around waiting all day, afraid to leave the house, for nothing. They once claimed they came out and tried to find the house and couldn't - and the driver who eventually brought it, four days later after a string of increasingly irritating telephone calls, admitted his colleague didn't even bother driving to the village. And so on, and so on.
This is of no interest whatsoever to UK forum members, but I feel a lot better.0
