Been trying ! All his friends have bikes and he really misses it but he got such a fright that he won't even go on with his stabs back on. He'll get there eventualy.

I work with kids about that age. In my opinion, it's still really early to be taking the stabilizers off. Whatever "problems" she's having now, you have to realize those are long-term problems. Kids are really adaptive. After you take those off, the bike will be like a whole new experience to her, and she'll adapt to that experience. I would wait until the age of 5.
