I found this company very helpful when purchasing my bike in the sale a year ago. Problem was that they didn't have stock by the time the sales assistant went to the till.
Over to Evans who kindly price matched my bike and now get all my purchases....
So if you can see something you like, then selfishly order it online first, go and test bike on Saturday or Sunday and either keep order or cancel. Or get it from Evans at price match who will have or get stock.
