i just brought a cube gtc pro from winstanleys recently, took a couple of weeks to arrive, but what a bike, looked great, rolls effortlessly, climbs great. only problem woth mine LH crank fell off on a fast winding descent after 25 miles, scratched my new pedals up, took paint off crank, and frame protector under BB, have heard people on here having some probs with the cube dealers, spoke to mine, told to have my local shop inspect and fix, which i did, then could i get hold of them NO. After nothing happened spoke to Dan at cube UK, very helpful guy he got straight onto winstanleys , within 10 minutes they called me back, shame it has to take the importer to get a company to phone you back. Dan was very helpful and arranged for one of the parts to be sent out foc, winstanleys, didnt even refund the full amount i spent in the bike shop on repairs, and didnt even make a gesture towards the pedals that were damaged.Wont be using them again. The bike is great again, would love to hear some good reviews of bike shops, in and around london and southeast.
