Just heard from an old friend he recieved abuse from a group of guys wearing full face helmets, monster T-shirts quoting (''Pussy, Get a real bike and whats with the bike bag and gay lights etc) now he rides a pretty sweet Scott XC bike when they probibly were on full sus plastic ALDI Apollos! I really enjoy downhill biking but hate these pretenders giving the sport a bad name! why dont you all f*** off to the skate park and hang there and leave the trails to the real men! cyclists are some off the fittest guys ive ever met so u little D**** better watch out as someone might snap! oh and while im talking about it shout at me and i will pound you to the ground wearing my full (black, pink and yellow :D )lycra or not! you just never know!

enjoy the sport! its feckin awesome!

Not sure if all DJers are the same, but the people who use the Sherwood pines DJ park need shooting! The rubbish left in that part of the forest is disgusting, and they even had bins there when I last rode sherwood

I'm an a55hole, but I'm also a proper mountain biker. I even took the mountain biking test, and aced it and everything.
    Now THAT complicates things.

Of course there's a mountain biking test. Did you not get the memo?
Oh dear. I'd keep quiet about it if I was you, or you'll have people following you round and trying to "silence" you if you call yourself a mountain biker.

dont think i was on the memo list, as i was late entry. i wouldnt / couldnt call myself a mtb er as im still making the transition. maybe you could pm me the list of stuff required to be a "mountain biker"
  • dont get me wrong i love the fashion and pimped bikes, but i also love the sport, and treat it and its following with respect

I'm afraid I'm not allowed to. You should get in touch with whoever sold you the bike, sorry.

I'm not entirely sure what "feeding off each other" means. Or even if it's a put-down. But since I do not know, I approve.
  • Don't think it's a put-down.

I should go ask on Pinkbike, they all speak that language over there.

    But I can't be bothered
