TK Maxx now have stuff online
I've got a few pairs of shorts from Milletts too
Army Surplus stuff can sometimes be pretty good, although I've never used them myself.
If it's MTB specific stuff you want, obviously, you're going to be paying more, but CRC have some good stuff on sale right now. Evans have a few things worth looking at, although most of it is odd sizes.0 -
I know you said online, but Decathlon are pretty good for what you pay for. £8 for a pair of padded shorts, that'll do me nicely.0

As far as I'm aware the only Decathlon in Scotland is at the Glasgow Fort, so its not exactly close to you, but it wouldnt be a huge tour if you were already in Glasgow for something or the likes. It's well worth a look, plenty of breathable tshirts and the like for next to nothing.0
